So what we're going to need to do is create a Playstation Network Account. Since you probably already have UK account associated with your current user, you'll probably have to create a new user on your PS3.
After that, create a new PS Network. When you do this, instead of selecting United Kingdom as your country, Select Usa.
It will then ask if you want a master or sub account. Choose master (the top choice)
After that click the button on the bottom right to continue past the agreement agree to them,.!
Later you will have to fill in a valid e-mail and postal code,Just take the most famouse 90210,Beverlyhills Carlifonia.Thats All!,.
